As an experienced practice administrator, leader, and consultant, Wayne has provided services to both private and hospital employed physician groups and local public health clinics across Ohio. Wayne earned his undergraduate degree in Business Operations from DeVry Institute of Technology, and a Master of Health Services Management and Policy from The Ohio State University. Since then, his work has focused on all aspects of medical practice management and operations. Wayne’s engagements have included designing and implementing operational and leadership structures, reorganizing processes, performing revenue cycle analyses for both private practice and public health organizations, physician marketing, creating and implementing office policies and procedures, analyzing and negotiating physician fee schedules, constructing monthly dashboard reports, and creating annual physician budgets. Wayne has served as Director of Employed Physician Services for two different health systems, has functioned as physician liaison with a large multi-specialty Medical Services Organization, and has worked as the practice administrator in three private practice settings. Wayne earned the distinction of Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). He served on various professional organization boards, including Secretary and Vice President of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Assembly, a professional chapter of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and as the Legislative Liaison with the Ohio MGMA. Wayne maintains active membership with the MGMA .
